Cross Country

Senior Trace Schultz said this Cross Country season brought great bonding experiences. Everybody on the team got to know each other and created friendships.

“Everybody on the team is super friendly and you’ll get to know everybody well,” he said.

Schultz made a point about competition this season, he said that no matter the skill level you will always have someone to work with and get better.

“If you push yourself, you’ll always have a reason to get better,” he said.

Schultz also made a couple statements about pushing yourself in Cross Country. It’s all about how much you’re willing to hurt to see how good you can be for your team.

“Give everything you have and the good work will show,” he said.

In the future Schultz is going to attempt to walk onto a college Cross Country team.

“I will probably continue to run because of what running has given me,” he said.
